Twice baked sour cherry & dark chocolate biscuits. Brilliant with hot drinks and as crunchy toppings for ice cream and desserts, or swirled into yoghut. To say that their biscotti pair perfectly with every imaginable style of fine coffee (or tea) might sound a little glib, even predictable and yet the simple truth is that whilst most biscuits can feel a little over-awed in the presence of a perfectly proportioned Latte, Flat White or Cappuccino, their biscuits rise to the challenge.
