Description
These dark blue-green speckled lentils are the same variety as those grown in Le Puy region of France in the Auvergne. However, only green lentils grown in this part of France are allowed to be labelled "Puy Lentils". Therefore these are classed as "Puy Type" Lentils and have the same great flavour and texture associated with the true Puy Lentil.
