Description
Organic cocoa paste 100% cocoa (Peru), from the Alto Piura region. It is the Blanxart specialty with the highest percentage of cocoa, characterized by its purity. Organic, vegan and gluten-free. No added sugar. Made with fine cocoa of the Criollo variety. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in their facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
