Description
Organic dark chocolate bar 91% cocoa (Congo), collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical basin of the Congo. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, intense but with aromatic personality. Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Low sugar content. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
