From the Daterra Estates in the Minas region of Brasil - where the altitude, flat terrain and mild climate helps grow a beautifully balanced, award-winning mellow bean. Daterra is over 20 years old and it was born to be a high quality and sustainable coffee producer, good to people and the environment. The Estate is located in Cerrado region (Minas Gerais) with the nearest large city being Uberlandia, a three hour drive away. A center for research in agronomy and coffee varietals, Daterra is divided into mini-farms, where coffee varietals are carefully planted according to the specific soil conditions. Daterra has been recognised as one of the best coffee producers in the world by Cup of Excellence and Rainforest Alliance Cupping Quality.
