Description
The harissa blend combines the savoury, warming notes of cumin & coriander with some chilli heat and characteristic subtle anise flavour from caraway. Harissa is the Middle East's answer to an all purpose blend. Their spice blends are handmade in small batches for added freshness at processing unit in Bristol. Harissa can be used across a variety of dishes and works well adding to roasted vegetables or oven chips as well as stirring through soups & tomato based sauces.
