King Soba Organic Aka Red Miso Paste is made in Japan from a traditional recipe. Fermented and unpasteurised, it's delicious as a miso soup and gives a hint of umami flavour to sauces, dressings and marinades. It's alive! A white film may develop from exposure to air. Skim off before using.
