Description
At a higher potency of 1000g per tablet and beneficially contains the active forms of B12 - methylcobalamin (500g) and adenosylcobalamin (500g). Most vitamin B12 products on the market are cyanocobalamin, which needs to be enzymatically converted to the active forms in the body. Hence, their B12 is universally bioeffective. Methylcobalamin is used in methylation and adenosylcobalamin is used in the mitochondria.
