These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with their signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. This selection is designed to accompany any cheeseboard and contains three individually wrapped trays.

RYE & CHARCOAL – Milk, rye flour 35%, wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), sourdough 11% (ryeflour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, butter (milk), charcoal 2.3%, sea salt. POPPY SEED – Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), RyeFlour, Sourdough 16% (Rye Flour, Water), Rapeseed Oil, Muscovado Sugar, Poppy Seeds 1% (Black Poppy Seeds, White Poppy Seeds), Sea Salt.
