Wildfarmed Superfine White Flour T55 is the whitest & finest of all the Wildfarmed flours. it's hugely versatile and works best in products requiring a finer texture such as pasta, pastries, noodles and beyond. Milled a little differently to the other Wildfarmed flours, using a process that splits the grain prior to milled which results in a very white and fine flour.
