Cramp Bark. Dried bark of Viburnum opulus, a shrub indigenous to North America, is the active ingredient. Constituents are resin, viburnin, valeric acid and tannin. Valued for reasons associated with the plant's common name. Sometimes used by women together with Agnus Castus.
