Fresh Amla (Indian Gooseberry) pulp acts as an anti-oxidant and immuno-stimulant while giving a tangy-sweet after taste.

Recommended Usage:
Dabur Chyawanprash has a tangy sweet-sour taste and the consistency of jam. It can be taken directly or in milk and as bread spread. Some like to have Chyawanprash in the form of a drink. In all cases its therapeutic properties have proven to remain stable and active.
Dose: 1-2 teaspoonful
