Both the Kelp and the Salt are sustainably harvested from the clean, mineral-rich seas off the coast of New Zealand. Unlike many processed table salts, this Fine Sea Salt with Kelp contains naturally occurring trace elements and minerals like calcium and magnesium. We mix in a pinch of Kelp for a superfood accent. Kelp has been eaten for its' nutritional value for literally thousands of years and is an excellent source of iodine.
