We choose potent, raw honey with a laboratory-certified rating of UMF® 15 which means our Honeysuckers™ have excellent anti-bacterial strength. Blackcurrants are one of nature's highest sources of antioxidants, including vitamin C, flavinoids and anthocyanins. In New Zealand, the combination of the pristine environment and long sunny days, creates dark purple berries with very high anthocyanin levels.
