This extract from the West African herb, Griffonia simplicifolia, provides the natural amino acid, called 5HTP, and may help maintain a balanced outlook and a relaxed approach to life. Best taken before bed with a carbohydrate snack.

100mg tablet suggested intake: Take 1 tablet (children over 8 years, 1/2 tablet) a day. Children maximum dosage: 1/2 tablet a day. Adult maximum dosage: no more than 1 per non-protein meal to a maximum of 3 tablets a day.
