Nutramedix Enula is a combination of three herbs Elecampane root (Inula heleniu), Jalapa root (Ipomoea jalapa), and West Indian Grape (Vitis tiliifolia). These herbs have been used historically to support the body's own immune defences. Elecampane was used historically by the Celtic peoples of Europe (to whom it was known as 'Elfwort') and is also native to parts of Asia. It was once commonly precribed by herbalists in Britain. Jalapa root is native to Mexico and is a purgative, while West Indian Grape is native to the Carribbean.
