Shipping Information

Most orders are dispatched on the day the order is placed, provided the items ordered are in stock. If the items ordered are not in stock, we aim to dispatch the order within 2 days of the order being placed. In extreme circumstances when the item ordered is out of stock with the supplier, we will contact you within three days.All deliveries require a signature on delivery.

Modes of delivery (to be chosen at checkout)

• Free Delivery by Standard Mail: Available for all UK Postcodes and sent by 2nd Class Mail.
• £3.49 Standard Courier Delivery: Only available for UK mainland deliveries excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isles and all Parcels sent out on weekdays from Monday to Friday with estimated delivery times of 2-4 working days from when the order is received.  Available at an extra charge of £3.49 + VAT. The courier will attempt to deliver twice on seperate days after which the customer will need to contact them directly to organise a collection from the local depot or a redelivery at an extra charge.
• £2.49 Delivery by First Class Mail: Also available for all UK postcodes at an extra charge of £2.49 + VAT per order.
• £4.99 Next Working Day Delivery or £6.49 Parcelforce 24: Only available for UK mainland deliveries excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isles and all Parcels sent out on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Available at an extra charge of £4.99 + VAT and dispatched on the same day (Monday-Friday) provided the order is placed before 1 pm (Parcelforce 24 orders need to be made before 11am for same day dispatch). Please note that this service is not available for delivery on Saturdays so all Friday orders before 1 pm will be sent for delivery on Monday and all orders after 1pm on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. The courier will attempt to deliver twice on seperate days after which the customer will need to contact them directly to organise a collection from the local depot or a redelivery at an extra charge.
• £16.99 Saturday Delivery: Only available for UK mainland deliveries excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isles. Available at an extra charge of £16.99 + VAT and dispatched on Friday provided the order is placed before 11 am.The courier will attempt to deliver twice on seperate days after which the customer will need to contact them directly to organise a collection from the local depot or a redelivery at an extra charge.
• Delivery to Ireland: Charges are made by weight with an upper limit of £6.99. The charges are shown on the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout, once this shipping option is chosen.
• Delivery to Western Europe (Mainland): Charges are made by weight with an upper limit of £9.99. The charges are shown on the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout, once this shipping option is chosen.
• Delivery to The Rest of the World: Covers all other geographical areas and charged according to weight. The charges are shown on the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout, once this shipping option is chosen.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or amend the order by sending an email to sales@superfooduk.com  . An order can only be ammended or cancelled if it has not been dispatched. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent within 24 working hours and a full refund issued to the credit / debit card used. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been dispatched.

However if the order has been dispatched, then you may wish to return the items. For all returns, you will need to send an email requesting cancellation to sales@superfooduk.com  within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (see Returns Policy below).

Returns

Returns of all Food and Supplement products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been opened or damaged (due to the nature of the products). Returns of all other products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been damaged and are in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

To return any item or order, email us at sales@superfooduk.com  within 7 days of receiving the order and return the item or order to the following address using Royal Mail or courier:

A full refund (less any additional requested delivery service charge) will be made  back to the credit / debit card used to make the original purchase within 30 days of cancellation. We cannot make refunds to any other card or account than the one used to make the purchase. 

Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

Any shortages, incorrect or damaged items have to be notified by email to sales@superfooduk.com  within 48 hours of receipt. Non delivery of orders should be notified via email within 6 working days from when the order has been dispatched.
