What payment methods do you accept?
We use SagePay to process payments. You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Discounts are applied once a qualifying item has been added to your cart.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. The timing of arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned and the delivery destination.
United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Scotland
We provide free delivery for orders over £20 within 3-5 days of dispatch for Standard Mail Orders to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We will use other postal delivery or courier services if necessary.
Express delivery options are available and can be selected during checkout.
European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco
Delivery to these countries usually takes between 5-7 days from the moment of dispatch. Your order will be sent to you by one of our selected courier services. Delivery prices vary and are calculated using the parcel weight.
United States and Canada
Delivery to the United States and Canada usually takes between 10-14 days from the moment of dispatch. Your order will be sent to you by one of our selected courier services. Delivery prices vary and are calculated using the parcel weight. For United States and Canada orders, the customer is responsible to determine whether they can legally import the product to their country and to pay any/all charges made.
Rest of the world
Delivery to any other countries usually takes between 14-21 days from the moment of dispatch. Your order will be sent to you by one of our selected courier services. Delivery prices vary and are calculated using the parcel weight. For international orders, the customer is responsible to determine whether they can legally import the product to their country and to pay any/all charges made.
My order has not yet been delivered, what should I do?
Destinations within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Scotland
Standard Mail Orders
If it has been over 7 das and your order has not yet been delivered please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office as your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or may be currently hold by them for collection. However if Royal Mail is not holding your parcel for delivery you can contact us and our customer service team will help you trace your parcel.
All express delivery orders
If your order has not arrived the next working day or on the date stated on your confirmation email please contact us and our customer service team will help you trace your parcel.
All other destinations
If your order has not been delivered within 21 days please contact us and our customer service team will help you trace your parcel.
Returns and damages
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at Superfooduk are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee (from date of receipt). We also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests/queries. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within the 14 day returns period (see above). No open packages of any food or supplement products are eligible for return due to the nature of the products and these products must be in the factory sealed container in which they had been provided for refund. All other products can be returned if opened provided they are in a good condition. You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 14 days from your date of receipt of the order. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt to receive authorisation and return instructions.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Our customer service team will then work alongside you to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. How can I create an account?
To register for an account you must first place an order with us. During checkout you will be asked if you would like to create an account. Completing this step will create an account and allow you to see your orders.
