Account Registration

To register for an account you must first place an order with us.

During checkout you will be asked if you would like to create an account. You may then use this information to log into your accoun and see your orders.


Shipping Information

Most orders are dispatched on the day the order is placed, provided the items ordered are in stock. If the items ordered are not in stock, we aim to dispatch the order within 2 days of the order being placed. In extreme circumstances when the item ordered is out of stock with the supplier, we will contact you within three days.All deliveries require a signature on delivery.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or amend the order by sending an email to  . An order can only be ammended or cancelled if it has not been dispatched. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent within 24 working hours and a full refund issued to the credit / debit card used. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been dispatched.

However if the order has been dispatched, then you may wish to return the items. For all returns, you will need to send an email requesting cancellation to within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (see Returns Policy below).


Returns of all Food and Supplement products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been opened or damaged (due to the nature of the products). Returns of all other products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been damaged and are in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

A full refund (less any additional requested delivery service charge) will be made  back to the credit / debit card used to make the original purchase within 30 days of cancellation. We cannot make refunds to any other card or account than the one used to make the purchase. 

Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

Any shortages, incorrect or damaged items have to be notified by email to  within 48 hours of receipt. Non delivery of orders should be notified via email within 6 working days from when the order has been dispatched.
